098 Disease severity and needs of patients with moderate-to-severe Atopic Dermatitis

The German Atopic Dermatitis (AD) registry TREATgermany includes patients with moderate-to-severe AD. To improve the understanding of AD, it is important to observe disease severity, treatment patterns, and patient needs in routine care. Standardized assessments include comprehensive questionnaires capture general characteristics, comorbidities, systemic therapies by physician as well patient-reported outcomes such quality life, fatigue depressive symptoms. In total, 1230 were enrolled until August 2021. mean age included at baseline was 40.7 years (SD 14.7). 57.5% men. According objective SCORing (oSCORAD) index, 56.3% (n=690) classified having severe AD baseline. This accompanied 51.6% (n=627) reporting be very or extremely strongly impaired their life. 71.1% had received immunosuppressive / immunomodulatory past. Patients’ treatment-related that most frequently rated “to free itching” (97.2%) regain control disease” (95.8%). Data from clearly indicate constitutes a major burden affected not limited clinical signs symptoms but all aspects patients’ everyday Patient-centered care should regularly assessment goals.
